Located in Loudoun County Purcellville, VA,is a small city with smaller lots inside the town than the larger acreage properties outside of the Town of Purcellville. Purcellville received its first land grant from Lord Fairfax in the mid-eighteenth century and around the turn of the nineteenth century became known as Purcellville. It was named after a store and inn owner, Valentine Vernon Purcell.
